Risperidone Weigth Gain

I'm on 0,5mg of risperidone and 200mg of Quetiapine (Seroquel) per day because I produce excess of dopamine and I cannot sleep without this meds.

The side effects are that I cannot loose weigth and also I've read that these medicine cause depression (and I really feel very sad).

What can I do to overcome this? Any other medication or aproach?

I would suggest going to see a psychiatrist or a primary care physician if a psychiatrist is not available.
