ok if someone has the destroyer, on road map to the top reaction with a primary bromide reacted with NaOC2H5 went substitution, however down the page with secondary promide went elimination, why, i thought in both rexns it wil go elimination since a strong nu,

No a primary halide will undergo SN2 substitution. However a secondary or tertiary will undergo elimination.

Yes it undergoes E2

There may be competition, but you will never get a proper elimionation with a primary halide there is always going to be a major product of a substitution.

The major product will still be a SN2 lol. you can use any base you want and there will be mostly ether.

nah when you have bulky strong base E2 takes over SN2

yeah with a strong bulky base, E2 in most destroyer problems
