Robbins Review of Path Final Test

What do you guys think about this "final review and assessment" 74-question test at the end of the Robbins question book. I've gone through about half of the questions so far and I'm getting pretty frustrated....every single question stem is at least 12 lines and the level of difficult is much greater than USMLE World. I was just wondering for those that took the actual test, how did it compare to these questions in terms of difficulty
