if pressed for time, do webpath. robbins takes longer b/c it is on paper, and the explanations are very lengthy. as test time approached, i ditched robbins and used webpath strictly. if you can do 50 webpath questions in an hour, then your timing for the step questions should be ok. i thought webpath was very helpful, but am still waiting for my score.

I think that sometimes the webpath explanations are too short, although the interface is more efficient.

I'd try webpath, and if you find yourself needing to look up things because the explanations are insufficient, switch to Robbins. I think the questions themselves are of about equal quality.

Are you talking about webpath online or on the CD? Anyone who has the CD, does it include the timed-exams? Wondering if it's worthed.

Online

I've heard shipping on the CD is quite slow. If you have months to go and have completed online webpath plus Robbins Review and still have a need for path Qs it might be worth getting.

I would rather do Robbins questions because they really make you think. The questions are long as well the answer explanations, but you will get a good practice of reading long questions and being able to eliminate the extraneous info. Some people claimed that this is what they had on the real exam, so you never know, if you happen to get the harder questions set, you are prepared for it.

I haven't taken it, but I gotta say Robbins is quite a bit more difficult and involved than Webpath. Webpath is quick and dirty, kinda qbankish, Robbins feels more like NBME.

Depends how much time you have too. Robbins questions aren't randomized, so you have to choose which sections to do. It took me a week to finish the book, but YMMV.

Considering the boards are almost exactly like the NBMEs, robbins is much better. Yes, robbins tends to repeat stuff over and over, but it really is a great great source for the boards. Moreover, it has references to the section in the big robbins for study when you get a question wrong.

The webpath site is OK. I personally think the difficulty is a little easier than boards, and yes, the explanations kinda suck.

I'm a bit confused. Isn't one of the authors of Robbins Review (Klatt) the same guy who wrote the webpath questions?

What are you tryin to say Antonio?

are you guys reading only the explanations to what you got wrong or all of them? what do you suggest?

For Qbank, I only read the answers to the ones that I had think about or wasn't sure about.

For Robbins, read EVERY answer.

For NBME, look up EVERY possible answer.
