From reading their requirements you need

Two terms of Bio Lab (not biochem or botany)
AND one of the below
Two terms of General Chemistry Lab
OR
One term Ochem Lab and One term Biochem Lab

Yet the MSAR does not indicate you need anything but 2 terms bio lab

PS: I spoke to them and the 2 terms of Bio as above are required. The biochem will not satisfy the bio requirement. You can apply without it but you need to pick up a lab
