Noticed that U of R didn't fill...anybody have ANY info on this program? Anybody interview there?

I know that U of R had an exodus of cytopathologists over the last few years, and I believe they only have an "acting" program director? This may not be the case now, however. Dr. Bonfiglio has rejoined them as head of cytopathology, and that is a huge plus (he's very well known in the field, and is a really nice guy, too).

Most of the pathologists that I worked for ( I was a cytotech) trained in Pathology at U of R, and they're quite wonderful. I'm afraid I don't really know too much about the Residency Program, though.

I don't know much about Rochester, but I do know it was the place of work of one Dr George Hoyt Whipple, eminent pathologist and describer of "Whipple's disease." I think that's a nice legacy.
