Anything special about the 7th edition that makes it worth the extra money? There's like a $50 difference between the used versions.

Do you think you can post the link to the book? I got the 6th edition I believe, but there were so many different book options by Rohen that I just want to make sure I got the correct book.
Also, if I got the right book, I would search around some more. I got the 6th edition for around $11 on amazon market place. It was being sold as used, but it was still in the shrink-wrap and everything.
I don't think there is enough of a difference between the 6th and 7th edition to justify the extra cost IMO.

I used the 6th edition last year. Great book.
The new edition says it replaced some of the black and white photos with color, and added new CT and MR images.
I'm sure all that is helpful, but if you can find the 6th for cheap, then you should just go with that.

Get the cheaper one, unless you want to pay for the extra trimmings. I used an old version that was old when I bought it 4 years ago, and am still using it during residency. I doubt that there's much in the older versions that is obsolete or incorrect, you know? 🙂

I used the 6th and found it very useful.
If they added CT and MRI images I could see the use but those can be found in a regular textbook anyways. At our school in the lab and online we had numerous radiology images we could use with keys so I didn't find a need for additional images.
