Now that it is official, anyone want to share thoughts about their ranks? I went back and forth with my top three and am still concerned about making the right choice. In the end, I just want to match. But, I hate this feeling of being out of control.
My top three were Wash U, Emory, Northwestern.

These next three and a half weeks are going to be the longest weeks of my life!

I too was impressed with Wash U. Excellent faculty, charismatic chair, strong emphasis on peds derm, friendly residents, and a culture which was supportive of all career choices. Also, St. Louis has more to offer than I was aware of.

Mayo Rochester > Yale > Mount Sinai

Anyone ranking high programs in the mid-atlantic, like UVA, VCU, UNC, EVMS etc?
If so, what did you like about the program...your thoughts/considerations?

Good luck to everyone during this match process!!

Thought this was an interesting thing to do.

My top places, still moving around: Stanford, Northwestern, Wash U, Emory

I was lucky to interview at a the Ivy's and top places on the list people always refer to for ranks and though they will do well because of the name (and all of us being type A), having rotated at a them, being from one and seeing them in person on the interview, was not that impressed especially for residency training because it was clear the programs were more about the faculty and happiness if you really try to ask is not really as great (Penn isn't too bad, in my top 7).
