I have an assignment about the role of clinical pharmacist in community pharmacy

well there is MTM but as a business model I do think it is viable yet. Talk about reviewing patients meds and streaming lining or changing therapy to cut cost or reduce side effects or duplications. Should be same as in a hospital theoretically, you could call the physician and recommend a new therapy or treatment.
