hey folks, couple quick questions (if they are in another thread, sry for the repeat!)

1. is there a list of which schools offer rolling acceptance? that is, they offer admission as early as, say october maybe, and continue on a monthly basis, vs. 1 big committee meeting in January and another in April.

2. seeing as how many schools start reviewing applications in august, is there any real advantage of completing an application say, July 15 vs. August 1?

thanks!

From what I understand, most of them work like that. You will have a possible advantage when you apply July 15th vs someone applying December. I'm not sure how big of a difference 2 weeks for you is going to make. But remember, if you need to, you should definitely send your App in august if it means the difference b/w a good personal statement vs a bad one. Regardless of how early you send it, you won't be any good if you have bad papers.

from wut i heard, mainly Ivy league schools r the ones that r non-rolling admission.
