2 weeks to a month starting around oct-nov. They usually give you a choice of two or three dates, but obviously its in your best interest to pick the earliest date.
Like others already said, rolling admission schools usually begin interviews in October. I know MWU-Glendale started interviewing in Sept last year because I interviewed on the first available date. The sooner you interview, the better your chances. There are more seats available in the beginning of the cycle and as time goes on, there are more students competing for less and less seats.
Lazyness? Heh.. thats the only thing I can think of. August should be the most ideal time for a rolling admissions school (well July but not many people end up doing that). And ya if you apply in August you should expect an interview in Oct/early Nov.
I had no problem submitting my Pharmcas application in July for multiple schools, but supplementals for 10+ schools takes quite a lot of time. I also have to submit for some schools that aren't in Pharmcas, so that takes up time as well since the PS has to the be changed. I plan to complete everything I can complete by end of August then work on supplementals the schools send me for those that don't send supps till after they receive Pharmcas.
