Hello:

I have a room available for rent in my townhome. The tenant must be a non smoker who is responsible, clean and courteous. The room is 13x11 and the common area includes the living room, dining area, kitchen and 1.5 bath. Rent includes gas, electric and water. The room is for one person. No pets.

I live ten minutes away from the ferry. Transportation includes the Grasmere train station, express bus 18, bus 76 and 78. Two dollar vans also come to the development to take people to the ferry.
