My name is Bao-Quyen. I am a female OBGYN PGY-2 at Las Palmas del Sol in El Paso. I have a 2BR-1B house with a small yard. I am looking to rent the extra room out. The bedroom is private and furnished with a queen-sized bed and TV. There will be access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, HBO, and local channels. There is a separate key for each bedroom. The bathroom will be shared with me. The rent includes all utilities, including Wifi. Washer and dryer in the house. There is a yard in front of the house. Pets are allowed for an additional $50 fee.
My place is 5 minutes away from Las Palmas Medical Center, 10 minutes away from University Medical Center, and 15 minutes away from Del Sol Medical Center. This place is perfect for those doing audition rotations with Las Palmas del Sol or Texas Tech.
