Hello, this is pretty early, but is anyone interested in renting out a house near the beginning of the summer with me? I was thinking about renting a pretty nice place with 3 or 4 people really close to the school. I checked the graduate housing and it seems much more expensive than private housing. I know it would be a little early to move to philly, but if anyone is interested pm me and maybe we can get a group together and exchange emails and phone numbers. I'm a 23 year old male and wouldn't mind rooming with either males or females. I'm really laid back, but I study hard and work hard. I think that it would be ideal to room with other dental students

I could be interested. Let me know what you find as far as housing goes.

Good place to advertise this would be their Facebook group, if they have one.

Hey, if you don't mind me asking, how much is graduate housing (I heard it was around 6-700, but I'm not sure)? And, how much would renting a house cost? Also, how far is the house from dental school?

Sansom Place East—September 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012-monthly rent per occupant

Single Apartment (1 BR/Living Area/Kit/Bath) $1,367
Single Room (1 BR/Shared Bath) $783
*Graduate plus other (1 BR-twin beds/Living Area/Kit/Bath) $1,398
Double (2BR/Kit/Bath) $840

From looking on craigslist, it seems like it's possible to get a fairly nice place for 3 or 4 people around the school for $400-600 per month per occupant. I would really like to get a place in walking distance, but depending on everyone's car situation I'm open to commuting a little too if we find a really nice place further out.
