Roommates needed! I am a 2nd year student at VCOM. My fiancé (a PA in the local ER) and I are looking for a few new roommates (men or women). We have a very nice 4 year-old, four bedroom house about 13 minutes away from campus on the north end of Blacksburg in a very quiet family neighborhood. The house has granite countertops, all gas appliances, a wet-bar with a two beer draft, theatre room with 120" projector, full-size pool table and a two car garage. Our current roommates are all leaving the area for their rotations next year. Rent is $475/month for each of two downstairs rooms or $525/month for the upstairs room. Rent includes EVERYTHING! No need to worry about splitting the gas, water, internet, satellite, trash, housing community fee, etc. etc; everything is included in the price. The two downstairs rooms are an ideal bedroom/study room combo for a couple, but still have plenty of privacy for use as individual bedrooms. Residents in our development have free access to a small exercise facility, tanning bed and we are located on the local bus route. It's a beautiful, and a great place to live.
