Hi! I'm looking to rent a couple of rooms in my house located in University Heights. The common areas are fully furnished and each room even has its own bed! I'm located about a 10 min drive to both CCF/UH and I live in a very safe very nice neighborhood with easy access to several shopping areas. I'm currently asking $475 per month which includes all utilities (internet, water, gas, electricity).
