Root canal infection FAIL

I had a root canal in 2012. Tooth removed in January 2014. The infection is still in my gum. It has spread to my upper left jaw from the left second upper molar. What should I do? It hurts so much. The bone concaved inwards above where the tooth sits and after its done eating the bone there its moving elsewhere to feed. I got clidomycin. will this help?
