At one point I thought I had seen a webpage with complete information on the Return of Service agreements for IMG positions. Now I can't seem to find the same info. I wanted to see what all the conditions were, eligible places and what the consequences were of breaking a ROS etc. Basically all the details of ROS. Does anyone have a link that could help out with this info?

I'm not an IMG, but i did sign a return of service contract. My contract states that if i leave early then i have to pay back all the money at prime +2.5%. It was very clear in the contract and I had it reviewed by a lawyer friend before i signed it.

Every contract is a bit different so get a copy of the contract and consult a lawyer before you sign to find out what the implications of breaching the contract are. Don't trust the opinions on here.
