Roseman Sim Clinic Question

Could someone please describe to me what Roseman's plan is regarding their expansion of the clinic? Will the clinic shown in the tour be the future sim clinic or patient clinic? When do they expect to have the new floor/expansion up and running and how will it be different from the one currently in use.

They are experimenting with having pre-clinic in the actual clinic so students get used to the atmosphere. If it doesn't work out, then they plan to install a sim-lab later on since two floors of the school are still unfurnished.
