Can anyone tell me about the new changes to Ross's AICM 5th semester. I heard that it starts later than it used to. Does this delay when a student can start clinical rotations? Thanks.

no, it doesn't delay things. you have the option to take the USMLE before starting 5th semester AICM, and now the program will be shorter maybe 9 weeks instead of 12.
