Hi,

I applied to Ross last week for the May entrance term.
Since school is still out, I haven't been able to get my recommendation letters to them. I wanted to know if any of you guys were able to get interviews at Ross without the letters, and how long it took the school to get back to you after sending your application. I'll be sending then as soon as school reopens next week.

Thanks in advance

Be sure to send out your letters soon. I interviewed yesterday for Sept and the guy said May class was almost full. Goodluck!

Would you mind posting your stats? Good luck!

I was able to talk to my advisor yesterday. He said he'd either have the letters sent yesterday or today. I made a 25 on the MCAT. My gpa is 3.2. Do you think it's good enough for Ross?

Thanks

whats up...just sent my application via express mail...they already got back to me saying they need the LORs...as soon as that is done...they said that they would let me know when my interview...atleast thats what he made it sound like in the email...if i do get in...i hope its for may...cuz im really thinkin of transferring...even though people say its so rare...i have my mind set on it...btw...stats are 3.1 GPA...3.25 science...and 24M MCAT...what are my chances for May?

I got accepted for May 2007 use my stats below to compare to your application:

MCAT 21N
Undergrad GPA 2.7
Graduate GPA 3.8
No volunteer experience, alot of work experience.

DAMN...if u had such a great Grad GPA...why didn't u decide to retake the MCAT...u would be competitive for US schools...unless thats ur second time?

My MCAT scores are old, so I would have to take it again. I would have to wait almost two years for entrance into US medical school. Plus they may not accept me. I have thought about it, and it seems like a gamble.

When I went to Ross (4.5yrs ago)...they took almost anyone with a pulse. Of course, I only graduated with 1/3 my class, but I wouldn't worry about "getting in."
