Ross University fully AVMA accredited!!!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
As a current 1st semester student at Ross, WOO HOO!!! :soexcited:

And maybe a small "in your face" to the people who poo-pooed Ross's attempts to gain accreditation as superficial or disingenuous over the years.

13th post and your message is 'in your face?' 😕 actually, there is already a thread on this in pre-vet, and an update to a previous ross thread, both of which are pretty positive.

Congratulations Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine!
The American Veterinary Medical Association grants FULL ACCREDITATION to ROSS!

1. This isn't the pre-vet forum.

2. I've seen plenty of anti-Ross sentiment on this and other forums, some of which outright stated that Ross wasn't "really trying" to get accredited and it was all just for appearances to keep drawing new applicants, promising them that Ross was just on the verge of being accredited. So yeah, we're feeling a little giddy that certain people are eating crow today.

Oh, let them celebrate; I don't think anybody would seriously take this as a personal affront.

Congrats to Ross, this must feel good if you're going to be graduating from there. Does this mean you won't have to take that horrific test for foreign grads?

Yup, just the NAVLE, like everybody else.

I never said don't celebrate, I actually was congratulatory on the other thread. Just not sure when this place became much more about being in each others faces than about cheering for each other.

starting to think we should merge with the allos
