I'd appreciate any thoughts on this. If we end up not matching in derm, would it be worthwhile to rotate at programs after the match, prior to starting internship?

Would that be helpful at all for the next application cycle?

I wish I could. I am not getting any hits. 🙁 I am also almost ready to throw in the towel and apply for something else. 🙁

I think you have a number of interviews, but it's stressful for those of us who don't.

I am also considering talking to my PD and telling him how much I want to go into derm and the reasons why I want to do so. I have letters from several of the dept. attendings who love me, but I am not sure if it will take me far. 🙁

Is it a bad idea to make a plea with the PD?
