I heard that clinical rotations at AZCOM are ambulatory based. I am wondering what these rotations are like and how much time is spent in the hospital setting? I know that there has yet to be a graduating class, but could this type of rotation create problems in matching for residency?

According to

http://www.midwestern.edu/Blog_Inde...otations_Residencies_and_Alumni_Programs.html

Last week, Phoenix Children's Hospital announced that students from AZCOM will now be able to secure four-week clerkship rotations in inpatient pediatrics. This is one of several new hospital rotations that are available to AZCOM third- and fourth-year students.

So no, definitely not all residencies are outpatient care but I could not pull up the exact facts and figures of the specifics of the residency. I pulled up the number for the Office of Admissions who I am sure will be happy to answer your question.

Hope this was of help. Take care!
