Rotations before step 1

Hypothetical question for those who have both taken step 1 and done some rotations...if you would have had rotations before you took step 1, is there anything you can think of that would have made your studying for step 1 more efficient or effective either during or following your rotations?

Sorry if that question doesn't make sense, but my school does rotations before we take step 1 so I'm trying to see if there's a way to best incorporate the info we learned for the basic sciences during the rotation so I can maybe have an easier time studying for step 1 or at least make studying more effective.
