Hey guys, anyone have any experience going through any agencies for USCE?? Americlerkships is charging a bomb, and medclerkships are straight up lying about the programs they offer.

Are there any Universities that you know of that can offer observerships atleast for an IMG?? I am interested in Psychiatry btw which makes it that much harder.
