Rowan University or Deborah for cardio fellowship

I got accepted into osteopathic cardiology fellowship in NJ: Rowan University and Deborah. I would like to ask if anyone could give the pros and cons, experiences (life and work...) for each program and if you were accepted to both programs, which one would you choose? Thanks.
