Does anyone know if changes to program requirements, that are implented after starting your residency, apply to those already started OR just to new residents coming in. FM is making some significant changes that impact residents and it seems unfair to do this after the fact. Example being the requirement to be in clinic daily even during family leave - having to find a sitter for your baby or bring it with you 😡

But it's up to the program to determine which residents certain changes will affect if the RRC does not define specifically. In effect, depending on how your program implement those changes, there's still a possibility that you can be grandfathered.
