  1. Pre-Medical
I am currently doing my clinicals for my RRT program with a minor in chem. I have taken a&p 1 and 2, gen chem1 and 2, organic 1 and 2, phys 1 and 2 last of all is stats. I currently have a 3.89 in the program just really love respiratory and plan to attend med school after a year or two after I graduate to hopefully become a pediatric pulmonologist. I am just wondering if anyone has any experience with this track knowing that it is not the typical one. Thanks so much for any input ahead of time and I do have 1 D in spanish 1 is why I do not have a 4.0 lol

I swear I've seen like 3 different majors for you on here lol. And a pretty high MCAT score if I'm not mistaken?

Edit: In fact, I just saw one forum where you said you had a 3.36 and 518 MCAT with one D in history. Have we a troll?

Don't forget to take Biochem and Behavioral Science before the MCAT, as these disciplines will be tested as well.

I have a colleague who took this path, but his experience is old enough now that it won't help you. He went into Family Med.

Edit: Why does your Status say you are already a med student?

DO schools have a dual degree program with podiatry? Sorry don't know much about DO schools... or podiatry schools for that matter

He is applying to DO schools and DPM schools simultaneously

I think OP has too much free time. You keep changing your story and stats and nice people come along and try to help you and for what?

A common theme amongst trolls is the desire to go into a pediatric subspecialty. I seem to recall someone wanting to be a pediatric neuroendocrinologist a couple months ago as well.
