Hey everyone, anyone here with experience treating a prostate cancer local recurrence after HIFU with salvage XRT? There’s a few single institution series out there but they are a little dated and not much data treating with dose escalation (79-80Gy).

There's experience treating post cryo. I don't imagine this is much different. Just theoretically higher risks of everything.

We get to be the bad guy if anything goes wrong down the line....
