I'm visiting Rush on Tuesday and completely misplaced all the particulars on where to park, where the department is located, etc. Anybody know?

Go to the main parking lots in front of the hospital. You can't miss them. The department is on seventh floor of the Jelke building. Ask at the front desk which elevator bank to take (I don't recall).

You'll get a certificate to cover your parking cost.
