Okay, so I'm obviously coming down to the wire here, but it says my app is due on midnight, 9/16.

Does that mean it's due tomorrow night at 12am, or tonight at 12am, which is technically 9/16?

I would assume that it is due on the night of 9/16, but either way you should probably call or email the office and ask for an extension.

I would definitely request the extension, you may submit it in time, and even get a response that it was submitted, but mine "registered" on their system about 24h AFTER I submitted my app.

Better safe than sorry.
