I got the Rush secondary online today. It says to return it within 4 weeks of getting it. I am assuming that this is wrong because how da hell do they know when u print it out. So does this deadline apply to those who get the secondary via mail?

yes. before they mail it out they use that line to stamp in a due date. so it doesn't apply if you download it.
