RVG Code for tonsillectomy?

For tonsillectomies, my billing company is telling me to code 00320 Anesthesia for all procedures on esophagus, thyroid, larynx, trachea and lymphatic system of neck; NOS...

It seems to me that code is for procedures where you go through the neck to get to the structure of interest and the correct code would be 00170 Anesthesia for intraoral procedures...
