What book is recommended to improve my psychiatry S.O.AP notes and documentation?

I really don't think there is one. Even if there is, there is pretty significant difference from attending to attending when it comes to what they expect for documentation. Some attending document everything, some spin their notes, and some have a minimalistic approach. Some write absolutely horrible notes, but you still have to do what they want. Read first aid and learn as much as you can about psychiatry. It will be time better spent.
