I am preparing for the CPE and need some material on SOAP veterinary notes. Please Help

FWIW, we SOAP our notes just like the MDs and DOs do, so any resource will work (there are minor adjustments, you can't write things like "Patient says XYZ", you have to write "Owner notes XYZ...")
