Hi guys,
Does any one know how accurate are SAMPLE OAT scores from the REAL OAT...I just took a sample test from the OAT test site...i did horrible on Quantitative Reasoning...taking OAT exam next Wednesday...i'm stressing out right...hyperventilating , no appetite...I wanna get an idea of how prepared I am based off my Sample OAT scores and if I should extend the date for the exam or not?
thanks.

I had the same question as you. Here are my score comparisons. http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=556967
If you want to see more just search "Opted Actual" and I bet a lot will come up.

I think you should calm down, eat, relax. A right state of mind is very important. I hope you the best.

RELAX!!!!
you will do fine. i rarely have heard of people doing worse on the actual compared to the opted...
I think a good portion of great test takers would say, that its not only about your knowledge of the material, but your attitude plays a key role. If you think your doomed... then well you will be. If you go in there with a lot of confidence you are less likely to second guess yourself, and from my experience, second guessing yourself is a really bad idea. So just relax, and know that one day you someone will be calling you Dr.
--hope this helps.

I just took my OAT last week and found my scores to be higher than the opted score. But how "horrible" did you do? If your talking a 260....then you might want to consider pushing you date back. If you scored over 300, just go for it and stay relaxed. Also, recognize where your weaknesses are and feel free to ask people on the website for help. Good Luck and RELAX!!!!!
