I have a very nice fully-furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath in Pac heights (Pacific near Laguna). My current roommate is moving out in the next few weeks. so I am selectively looking for a great fit or a short term situation. This would be very convenient for a resident at CPMC.
I am an early 30s female, work in investments, very easy going, have great friends/life, have always enjoyed and gotten along well with roommates. I travel some and commute down to Menlo Park for work. I am looking for a male or female roommate, who is busy with work/school/social life, non-smoking, no drugs, no pets, no live in boyfriends/girlfriends, easy to get along with and generally happy. I have recently invested in new furniture, rugs, kitchen gear etc. My sister is an interior decorator, so it is tastefully done. That said, I am really looking for someone who doesn't need to bring in much stuff and also appreciates clutter-free living.
The apartment is fantastic! Large rooms, hardwoods throughout, lots of closet space. Lots of light. Beautiful, well-kept building, safe and quiet. Living room is very spacious with great light. It also has a 46 inch lcd t.v. Your bedroom is furnished with a bed (mattress is less than a year old), dresser, small desk, nice linens etc. It is set up for cable and I have an extra dvr box. Separate dining room has an antique dining room table. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, garbage disposal, appliances etc. I don't cook much, but nice to have. Laundry in building as well as dry cleaning service/wash and fold drop off and pick up through laundry locker.com. I have an awesome housekeeper who comes 2x month - she washes sheets and towels and keeps the place in great shape.
I am comfortable with a month-to-month agreement.
No parking available in the building - there is a garage about 2 blocks away that rents spaces.
