SAT Subject Specific: second chance or no?

Ok, so I'm not sure exactly what to expect from my SAT reasoning test...

In case the results of the SAT reasoning test are lower than the requirements of the university to which I wish to apply, do I still have any chances if I do the Subject Specific tests well or is the SAT Reasoning Test more important?😕
I'm doing SAT Subject Specific Tets in Chemistry and Math Level 2.

I'm doing SAT Subject Specific Tets in Chemistry and Math Level 2.

I would definitely take the subject tests, I didn't do very well on my reasoning test (1790), but then I did very well on the subject tests (US history: 730, chemistry: 790) and got into all my top schools. Make sure you are completely studied up for them and ready. Also for chem, make sure you know equilibrium concepts VERY well. I recall that being a HUGE part of the test.🙂

Almost no schools have a minimum score requirement for the SAT. They usually give people their 25-75% score range to give an idea of the applicants they accept.

The SAT is more important than SAT IIs. Only colleges at the very top of the rankings require SAT IIs (think Harvard, Princeton, Brown) but most don't.
