I have decided to take the test in 14 days max! 😀

Seriously! How can I not be ready for it?!
You guys have been super supportive and awesome too.

In the meantime, I have a question lol

For H NMR spectrum
How would I know that CH3CHClCH2CH3 is the integration of the four signals from upfield to downfield is 3:3:2:1?

Bump. How do you do this?
Since you were crying about not answering a science question I'll give it a shot.
CH3 CH Cl CH2 CH3.
Downfield basically means becoming more positive and since Cl is electronegative so it pulls the electrons making carbons more positive so moving them more downfield or to the left of the spectrum. Integration measures the number of hydrogens that's easy. (Usually if their equivalent they are summed in the integration, but based on the answer choices you can reason that out) So the CH and CH2 are closest to Cl so they would be the most downfield so 1:2 or 2:1 and the two CH3's are further from the Cl so they would be upfeild or closer to upfeild hence the 3:3. So the answer from up to upfeild to downfeild or right to left of the spectrum would be either 3:3:2:1 or 3:3:1:2 depending on the answer choices. The numbers stand for the integration or # of Hydrogens.

That's how I reasoned it out and it's pretty simple if you understand how downfeild and upfeild works.
