I always saved several clips and runs of EMG waveforms when performing EMGs during my residency and first few years of practice. I've seldom if ever gone back to review them. It's time consuming to click and wait for save before moving on to next muscle. I'm thinking of not saving any EMG info.

Are any of you not saving EMG clips? Or is this a legal necessity?

I don't save my EMG clips. Never have had a need to. Back in the old days we didn't even save our NCS waveforms. Now the only clips I'll save are weird things like myokymia for use in lectures.

Just learn to imitate them on your own 🙂
