I only ranked a few prelim medicine programs. What are some great prelim medicine programs that have a history of not filling(consitent/non-consistent) in the past. I have a feeling that I might have to scramble given the small number of programs I ranked. Willing to go any where. I've heard some of the Queens and Brooklyn, NY programs have open spots each year. Let me know f you have any advice and opinions on certain programs.

If you have a pulse, there is a prelim spot for you in Brooklyn or Queens. You do not actually want to know about the quality of the programs, trust me.

Great programs do not tend to consistently go unfilled. Programs which routinely go unfilled do so for a reason and it's usually not good. There's one particular program in Brooklyn which is widely known for submitting a blank rank-list and then snagging decent applicants in the scramble who failed to match. In general though, programs go unfilled because nobody wants to be there.
