What CPT code do yall use for scar neuroma injections?

Are you referring to 64640? If so, how can that be? I just use steroid and local in my scars, neither being neurolytic. Do you put something in your solution?

I bill it as 11900 or 11901?

is scar neuroma pain usually constant? Or can it be aggravated with muscle usage underneath a scar?
