SCCO OAT test deadline

Hi, I haven't taken the OAT test yet but SCCO told me that the deadline to take the OAT is march 15th 2009 if you want to apply in fall 09. Does anyone know if this pertains to ALL tests (1st try, 2nd try, 3rd try..etc) or just as long as you have taken it ONCE? Also, does anyone know if any other optometry schools follow this deadline and if not, is it later than march? Thanks!🙄
