I am taking orgo 1/orgo lab, calc 1, computer applications in chem and analytical chem. This totals 14 credits.

Would it make sense to take an extra class or will orgo take up most of my time?

People told me not to take a lot of credits during spring semesters because that is when most clubs have events.

The only person who knows your limitations is you. Have you been able to keep up with everything so far with time to spare? Have you juggled multiple sciences at once while attending social events regularly? It mainly comes down to time management and how good you are at it. I'm not familiar with analytical chem, but if it's calc-based then you may have pages of proofs to work through on top of the chemistry aspect of it. This may be hard initially if you're just now taking calculus 1. I didn't have too much trouble with orgo I, orgo II is another beast altogether.
