I will be applying this May/June for the entering class of 2010. I am scheduled to take my DAT on May 8; however, this semester has been pretty hectic and I am starting to freak out a bit.

I am just finishing up the Kaplan course, and have been studying here and there between studying for the 17 hours I am taking. Do you think it would hurt me to push my test date back 3-4 weeks? I would still be applying in May/June.

Thanks in advance for the help!

A few things to consider...
1) The earlier the better, but early is early even if there is a week or two difference.
2) The application isn't available until June 1 this year I believe.
3) If you aren't completely caught up on studying your material and you will score lower because of it, then waiting until you do feel ready is the obvious choice.

I'm probably going to try to get my application in by the end of June.

Thanks for the insight. I most likely will still send in my application June 1 and get my DAT scores to them a bit later. I also heard that you can fax your unofficial grades to your schools.
