Is Schizophrenia Bulletin a legit journal?

On the surface it looks good - but also a little weird - and I just wanted to check with some other folks about whether this is a reputable source or not.

I like how open-minded it seems to be. But is it a little too open-minded?

It is sort of a weird journal. It started in 1969 as a way to disseminate info, according to their website, from NIMH.

But yeah, it's a real journal. Not sure what the impact rating is at this point though.
