Schizophrenia residency focus?

Does anyone know any decent East-coast residency programs with a strong research committment to schizophrenia/schizophreniform disorder? Are there any that focus on adolescent-onset schizophrenia? Are these extremely competitive?

From my Googling, I gather that MGH has one--which I assume is very good--but I don't really know how to evaluate any others, since I'm largely ignorant of the topic when it comes to finding residencies/fellowships, etc.
