Do the different military branches offer scholarships for PA programs like they do for med school?

The military trains its own PA's at Ft. Sam Houston Tx at the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP). The services accept applicants for these programs from active duty personnel. The AF only accepts applications from active duty enlisted, while the Army accepts applications from officers as well, not sure about the Navy. The coast gaurd and Army National Gaurd also send people there.

They also train their own PT's at Fort Sam Houston as well. I believe It's similar to the PA program where they recruit only from within the services. Just FYI.

No...unless you are already a civilian PA
