What kind of scores/stats do you need to be considered for a scholarship? What kind of scholarships are out there? I'm assuming that one needs to apply/write essays for such scholarships as well. Does anybody have any good links to websites with info about this sort of stuff?

I am interested in this as well. I know many schools have their own scholarships which they will automatically consider every accepted student for . . . extramural ones, there are some on the ADA website, but as far as I can see most of them are reserved for those already in dental school, and they are pretty low in dollars.

I would love to see any information people here might have on this, preferably those already accepted and offered scholarships.
